  1. I too am an introvert so the fact that you listed that characteristic immediately prompted me to respond. I actually had done a post about being an introvert and that blogging seems to be an excellent medium for introverts. I got many comments agreeing with that. Much luck to you with your poetry.

    1. Hey thanks! :) Yeah, I put it in there because it’s true, of course. Plus I needed to say something about myself, and, introverts get a bad rap so thought I’d just put it out there, Declare it! Introverts: unite lol :)

  2. Thank you! But have you ever TRIED a tutu? Haha! Hey thanks I’ll take the test and get back to you. :)

Embarking (doesn’t that feel old fashioned?) on a fantastic writing journey…*checks box again and smiles*
It’s nice to finally meet you! :-) The proper way, I mean.

  4. Edwina from Edwinas Episodes invited me to join in on
the challenge “Five Photo’s Five Stories” and I had accepted. Today is my fifth day of this challenge.

Five Photos, Five Stories, like most challenges isn’t without rules, or better said, a loose set of guidelines:

    1. Post a photo each day for five consecutive days.

    2. Attach a story to the photo. It can be fiction or non-fiction, a poem or simply a short paragraph – it is entirely up to you.

    3. At the end of each day, nominate one other blogger to take part.
I am nominating you to this challenge. It is not one you have to accept but it is fun and I hope you join in.

  5. Thank you dear but I just don’t have time these days. I appreciate you thinking about me! :)

  6. I’m so sorry… I can’t believe I’ve never seen your about section. Now your most recent poem for Ryan makes a lot more sense… Forgive me. I’m so caught up in my own mind and world… 😬

  7. What a great line of copy, “creating an online presence for tomorrow, today.” That really sums up the 21st century blogger/writer’s occupation, but I do love the feel of turning a page still–I hope that never totally gives way to online or Kindle.

    1. Thanks! Feel free to use it if you’d like. Me too, re the feel of turning a page, the heft, and used-to-be smell, of books. Why don’t books smell like anything anymore? Weird ;)
PS I’ve not been tending to my blog for a month or two but you’re making me want to come back. I’m at least going to check out your site.

      1. That’s funny…I’ve not tended to my blog, my garden, or my greying roots for a while, but you are more than welcome to visit.

    1. Lol you’re delightful. A person who is an empty nester is a parent whose kids no longer live at home, in the “nest,” and that the last kid has moved out fairly recently. It sort of hints that the parent is still trying to figure out how to make a life for themselves after 25+ years of putting someone else’s needs (the kid) before their own. I’m in Seattle, WA – where are you? xo

      1. Ohhh , I get it now lol , I,m from Yorkshire in England , nice to meet you and least now know what a nester is , take care and be strong , xx
